Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive - Showroom to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or the white goods industry, and a strong passion for customer engagement and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in customers and assist them with product selection.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable or related products.
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
  • Address queries related to pricing, offers, warranties, and installation.
  • Generate invoices and assist customers with billing and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with delivery and installation teams for smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all air conditioner models, technology, and energy efficiency.
  • Stay informed about promotional schemes, exchange offers, and EMI plans.
  • Ensure the display area is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
  • Arrange product displays and promotional materials for maximum visibility.
  • Report stock shortages or customer feedback to the showroom manager.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Contact customer’s post-sale for feedback, installation updates, or service support.
  • Maintain daily sales records and update the systems.
  • Participate in showroom events, demos, or special promotions.
