  • Education: Intermediate level (10+2) or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail sales, preferably dealing with high-value or luxury items such as watches.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales and a passion for luxury retail.
  • Personal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor.

Working hours: 10.30 AM - 7.30 PM (Alternate Saturdays off - two mutually agreed days off per month)

Job Description

Reports To: Operations Manager / Retail Sales Manager / Proprietor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the retail store by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, present various watch brands/models effectively, and handle sales transactions professionally.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of all store inventory. Conduct regular stock counts, report discrepancies, and assist in receiving/displaying new merchandise.
  • After-Sales Service: Coordinate watch service/repair requests from customers, manage the handover process, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Petty Cash Handling: Manage the store's daily petty cash and reconcile sales receipts and expenses at the end of the day.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the retail store, displays, and products are clean, attractive, and well-organized at all times.
