Position: Sales Executive- Large Account

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement sales plans to  target large enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth for business solutions.
  • Manage Key Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the CxO level to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Direct Sales and Revenue Achievement: Actively engage in direct sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets through acquisition of enterprise clients.
  • Conduct Customer Needs Analysis: Regularly assess client needs to identify business challenges and align solutions that address those requirements effectively.
  • Lead Contract Negotiations: Manage negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Market Intelligence Gathering: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client industry developments to anticipate customer needs and refine strategies.
  • Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Develop compelling presentations and proposals to communicate the value of Ncell’s business solutions to potential clients.
  • Track and Report Sales Progress: Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to leadership on progress toward revenue targets.

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a relevant field with 4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Management or similar field with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate and closes deals with large clients.
  • Communication and Presentation: Demonstrates strong communication skills with polished presentations.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Analyzes complex customer needs to develop tailored solutions.
  • Influencing Skills: Persuasively engages with CxO-level stakeholders to secure buy-in.
  • Business Acumen: Understands and responds to customer business needs, providing relevant insights and solutions.

Profile:

  • Reviews situations or problems related to the work and presents all perspectives clearly for analysis.
  • Reviews and recommends new solutions or techniques to improve work output
  • Try to review links beyond own work area.
  • Seeking to learn more about other parts of the unit, or function.
  • Proactively seeks out customer's input to obtain feedback on performance.
  • Effectively communicates with others to obtain needed information or support.
  • Adapt rules or recommend alterations in normal procedures to get a job done well.
  • Understands personal strengths & weaknesses and works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance.

Duty Station: Currently Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere as per business needs.
