Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve our business objectives. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and enhancing our brand's presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through in-person visits, meetings, calls, and emails by doing research, likewise monitoring market trends and competitor activities. 
  • Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective conversion strategies by scheduling product demonstrations for prospective clients by delivering compelling sales pitches. 
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone, providing accurate account information, ensuring post-sale communication, and developing and communicating product policies to potential clients. 
  • Data Management & Reporting: Update and maintain CRM/internal databases with accurate account details by tracking and recording all sales activities, including client interactions, presentations, and contracts. Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and improve service delivery by maintaining contract agreements and reporting to HOD. 
  • Sales Support & Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability by arranging off-site meetings, including hotel visits, for client discussions or demos. 
  • Performance & Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured lead management system with regular follow-ups by focusing on weekly lead conversion to secure new deals and complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
