Job Description

(Functions the person will be  handling on day to day  basis)

  • Manage complete PR with the assigned portfolio accounts /segments. 
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets for the month, quarter and year. 
  • Achieve daily sales call (hot & cold) requirements and furnish calls details to DSM through DSR. 
  • Be able to conduct effective and detailed show-around of various products and services to prospective clients/guests. 
  • Maintain and periodically update important information like account database, business planning (Account Management), business database of the assigned segments, revenue reports, relevant travel trade fairs, key dates like birthdays /anniversaries etc. 
  • Present weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly progress reports to DSM 
  • Follow and adhere to other departmental and hotel rules, regulations,  practices and policies.
