Job Description

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Responsible for: All sales and marketing functions

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for performing a wide range of sales and marketing duties which includes but is not limited to executing the plans and strategies as directed by the Marketing manager, conduct targeted promotions, advertising, events, player reward programs etc. Responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided to the guest is in accordance with the approved marketing strategy

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the strategies and marketing activities as devised by the Marketing Manager
  • Take a leadership role in overseeing and managing the marketing staff working under them
  • Prepare rosters for the marketing staff
  • Oversee and have final responsibility for all direct mailings for the property
  • Submit weekly reports to the reporting manager regarding the guest counts and the performance of the marketing staff. Report is to be submitted to the Reporting Manager
  • Act as a resource for guests, management, and employees, to ensure a maximum level of satisfaction and service throughout the department and the overall company
  • Train and mentor the marketing staff as and when required
  • Provide creative suggestions to the Marketing heads so as to increase business for the company
  • Interact with internal and external resources to identify VIP guests
  • Resolves guest complaints and/or conflicts
  • Facilitate the effective communication of relevant marketing information throughout the department
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
