  • Business Planning: Assist in planning, preparing, and executing various business development strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction and retention of both existing and new customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate services.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with team members from different departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries from various sources such as email, social media, and phone calls effectively and professionally.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the needs and requirements of customers and provide relevant information and services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, analyze processes, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve better results.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities and stay informed about recent market changes.
  • Goal Setting: Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
