Job Description

Maintain healthy relation with dealers
Implement local sales promotion scheme
Collection of payment from dealer within the given timeline
Drive market execution
Develop existing market and create a new market
Achieve volume targets and KPIs set by his/her reporting manager.
Ascertain dealer inventory aging of less than 90 days.
Ascertain dealer aging of 60 days.
Market Intelligence
Ensure all the dealer claims and issues are promptly settled
Communicate company circular to the dealers in the effective manner.
Take note of dealer stock and communicate in time.
Ensure company communication related to dealers is communicated without any grievances
Assist seniors during field visit and to develop the future sales targets based on the market trends.
Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
Any other assignment or task as and when required and directed by management.
