After being in business for almost six year's, our team has established excellent bond with all the leading perfume and cosmetic retailers, providing our clients, brands and products with over 50 of the highest quality doors across the country. Job Description

Beauty Scents , is a dynamic and rapidly growing Beauty, wellness, and Grooming company, seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our sales team in Kathmandu and Butwal. With a commitment to excellence and a diverse range of products in our portfolio, we are looking for Sales Executives to drive the sales of our premium products in the categories of perfumes, cosmetics, and building materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new customers and establish relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of products, including perfumes, cosmetics, and building materials.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products in the assigned categories.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the perfumes, cosmetics, or building materials market is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
