Job Description

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Generate Sales and Collection on a target basis
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, medical staff, supporting administration staff e.g., receptionists.
Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching (and if possible, exceeding) annual sales targets
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with sales manager
Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and health care sector
Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area
Maintaining and providing timely necessary reports
