  • Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with customers
  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business leads
  • Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs and preferences
  • Providing product or service information and demonstrating product features to customers
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the product or service purchased
  • Meeting sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Participating in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments within the company to achieve sales objectives
