Job Description

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with all distributors and potential clients
  • Identifying potential customers (Distributors) for new business
  • Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations in your area
  • Recording sales and order information
  • Take responsibility for any customer complaints / issues & resolve them at earliest possible
  • Perform credit checks on customers to ensure outstanding balance within limits before accepting an order
  • Following and maintaining the account settlement of distributors as per company policy
  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold-calling and outbound emails
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and requirements
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Prepare and present sales proposals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
