Job Description

MentorLab Nepal an emerging Ed-Tech Company venturing into IT shortly, is looking fortalents in Sales. Here’s a detailed description of the same:

Responsibilities:

Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target in terms of revenue/enrolments
Manage & convert leads for versatile upGrad programs co- created in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes
Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media
Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Record detail pertaining to lead discussions & conversion on LeadSquared CRM
Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue
Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
