Job Description

Sales Executives are responsible for planning, implementing, and managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy. Sales executive may be involved in selling products, goods and services to customers and clients. Their job is based setting up a strategy for finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users.  

Sales Executive promotes the product and services to the customers and negotiates with the aim of maximization of profit of the organization.

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handling all client’s selection
  • Communicate with the existing Client’s and timely follow up
  • Wine Menu revamping and creating
  • All the tasks related to the branding and printing of the materials
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Handling and managing all the social media activities
  • Prompt response  to the customers inquiries and complaints
  • Contacting potential and existing customers for weekly or monthly stock check, House wines and Payment
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
  • Detailed Market research to know more about the market trends, price, styles
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the information that help to finalize the monthly budget for marketing purpose
  • Order taking from the sales representative team members
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Timely Briefing about the product sales, offers and discounts
