Roles and responsibilities of this job

Research on the import/export market and sell the services of the organization to customers.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance with their consignments.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 22 years

Other Specification

Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
Provide regular updates on the service provided through the Logistic Coordinators.
Working as a team to ensure that the clients get the best service.
Sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects.
Give clients consultancy services and best alternative solutions.
Ensure that customers calls are not avoided and every missed call should be responded within 24 hours.
