Job Description

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree either Management or Science (Science background will be preferable) with atleast 3-5 years of work experience in Marketing and Sales work.
  • Must have proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, good docs, powerpoint, etc)
  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Regularly communicating and meeting with the potential clients inside Kathmandu and seldom visit to potential clients outside Kathmandu as well.
  • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, Biomedical Engineers, procurement team/ staff other relevant professionals.
  • Demonstrating and presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
  • Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
  • Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
