Job Description

Report to: Deputy General Manager

Supervises to: Marketing activities of organization.

Mode of contract: Rolling annual contract with a probation period of six months. The annual contract will be extendable 

General scope of the position: 

Sales Executive will responsible for majorly in discovering and tracking new sales prospects, negotiating deals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. He/she have to execute operational activities of sales and marketing.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Arranging sales visits with prospective clients
  • Giving product demonstrations
  • Maintaining proper sales and performance records
  • Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, etc.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Assess and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry
  • Sell the company’s products/services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects
  • Recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients
  • Provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients
  • Recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing sales and profits
  • Closely study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements
  • Analyze the activities of competition brand closely
  • Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results
