Bachelors running or completed
2-3 years of experience in relevant field
Experience in handling outbound & inbound calls
Experience of selling products/services as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Should possess good attitude
Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy
Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc.)
Should be able to work in a Team
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Responsible for overall sales performance and co-ordination of all marketing
The candidate will be responsible to carry out regular follow up and maintain relationship with leads/key customers
Meet given sales target and coordinate sales
Ensure that all documentation, record, compliance are maintained properly to avoid loss of record/information
Provide required details to the concerned departments for further technical and administrative procedures
Collect the payment from the customers
Follow up the customers
