Job Description

  • Identify the potential outlets for placement of the products
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Take orders and collect payments on time
  • Provide assistance to customers in setting up purchased devices and also assist them to fix devices that are not operational if necessary
  • Monitoring competitors’ activities
  • Relationship building and conflict management
  • Monitor the activities of channel partners and also address their concerns
  • Provide details of market demand, consumers taste & preference and sales forecast of the existing products
  • Daily reporting as per the requirement of the management
