Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify the potential outlets for placement of the products
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Take orders and collect payments on time
Provide assistance to customers in setting up purchased devices and also assist them to fix devices that are not operational if necessary
Monitoring competitors’ activities
Relationship building and conflict management
Monitor the activities of channel partners and also address their concerns
Provide details of market demand, consumers taste & preference and sales forecast of the existing products
Daily reporting as per the requirement of the management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

At least 3 years’ experience in sales
Graduation Degree- Management Background
Good knowledge of MS Office
Must be a license holder and should have a personal vehicle
Proficiency in Nepali and English language
Possess deep knowledge of product and the ability to effectively and clearly demonstrate and explain program offers, pricing, and product features to customers.
Good communication skills both written and verbal with business related knowledge
Ability to operate flexible work hours, including holidays, weekends, and nights
Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
Working as per company policies and maintaining proper discipline
