Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate with clients.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience in stationery product, office supplies, FMCG, educational products, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Having a valid two-wheeler and a driving license will be an added advantage.
