Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join Auto Planet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting Leapmotor EVs, and supporting smooth buying, selling, and exchange processes. The role requires strong communication skills, automobile knowledge, and a target-driven mindset to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to buying, selling, and exchanging Leapmotor EVs.
Promote available vehicles and explain features, pricing, and financing options.
Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and follow-up with potential buyers.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
Coordinate with the valuation team for vehicle inspection and pricing.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Support in preparing sales reports and documentation.
Stay updated on market trends, vehicle prices, and competitor offerings.
Ensure smooth handover process during vehicle delivery.
Participate in promotional activities and showroom events.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

+2 (Intermediate level) completed in any stream.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or automotive services.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of automobiles (cars and SUVs).
Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: NPR 30,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
Incentive Plan: Performance-based (Target achievement incentives)
