Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth by collecting market data, identifying potential customers, and developing sales across Nepal. The role requires extensive travel and direct interaction with dealers, retailers, and potential clients to strengthen market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze market data to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
Develop and expand dealer and customer networks across assigned territories
Promote and sell BIRLA TYRES products to dealers, retailers, and institutional customers
Visit markets regularly to generate new business and maintain existing relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and support market expansion initiatives
Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and travel reports

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales
Experience in the automobile / tyre industry will be highly preferred
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Nepal
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
