We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet and assist showroom visitors, understand customer needs, demonstrate Royal Enfield products, manage the sales process, and provide quality after-sales support. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer needs and provide information on Royal Enfield motorcycles and accessories.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and product displays are up-to-date.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of motorcycles and accessories.
Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Continuously update knowledge of Royal Enfield products and industry trends.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
Experience with luxury or high-end products is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to understand and convey product specifications and features.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
