We are looking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the tyre sales industry in Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the tire market, strong dealer/retailer connections, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell tyres to dealers, workshops, and retail customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
Conduct regular market visits and gather competitor intelligence.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to achieve sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Solid understanding of the tire market, products, and industry trends.
Strong network with dealers, workshops, and retailers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Note: Candidate must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
