Job Description

Brij Himalayan Spring Pvt. Ltd. is a premium bottled water company a new venture of Kedia Organisation committed to delivering the purity and freshness of natural Himalayan spring water. Our mission is to offer high-quality water while ensuring sustainable practices and customer satisfaction.

To drive sales, build relationships with clients, expand the distribution network, and promote the brand Brij Himalayan Spring, ensuring sales targets are achieved within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe), corporate clients, and modern trade channels.
  • Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of the product in retail outlets and key accounts.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely deliveries.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Execute sales promotions, branding activities, and in-store activations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
  • Address client complaints promptly and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for brand promotion strategies.
  • Expand the market by onboarding new distributors and retail outlets.
