Job Description

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and parents to promote Hamro Academy’s programs. 
  • Conduct marketing campaigns to maintain consistent communication with leads across various channels. 
  • Follow up regularly with potential customers, guiding them through the enrollment process. 
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring student satisfaction and resolving any post-enrollment queries. 
  • Identify and maintain a database of potential customers through systematic market research. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. 
  • Generate and execute creative sales and marketing campaign ideas to boost lead generation and conversions. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system. 
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights on performance and actionable feedback. 
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets to contribute to the growth of Hamro Academy.
