Position: Sales Executive

Position Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel cluster strategy to ensure achievement of business requirements and customer deliverables
  • Get market insights and channel feedback for better retailer service and channel development.
  • Ensure to achieve daily, weekly and monthly target and executing plans for timely achievement of KPIs
  • Interact with Cluster Distributor team and FOS for planning, improvement opportunities, capability development and similar other activities.
  • Coordinate with line manager and Cluster Distributor team for timely execution of strategies, plans and activities.
  • Analyze, identify and execute channel development opportunities and plans for improvement
  • Look into channel expansion opportunities and visit outlets on a periodic basis for market coverage, availability, awareness and visibility and other audit parameters.
  • Prepare the visit reports, plans for necessary actions and follows up the implementation and timely addressing retailer queries
  • Make the analysis of sales reports and present the results.
  • Analyze and monitor cluster sales performances, channel issues and competitor activities Implement and monitor all channel quality parameters to achieve overall quality targets at various channel levels.
  • Executes other instructions of the direct management within his/her competence.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant disciplines with minimum 4 years of experience OR Professional degree/ master’s degree in management with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Preference will be given to candidate having relevant experience in developing channel sales strategy which includes but not limited to planning routes for sales call to POS; analyzing own and competitors’ products in the market and their sales; forecasting demands; supervising sales manpower for various sales-related activities.
  • Should be able to convince outlets to ensure all required activities in the interest of Ncell which includes but not limited to maintaining required stock; visibility of products; pushing Ncell products, etc.

Profile:

  • Reviews situations or problems related to the work and presents all perspectives clearly for analysis.
  • Reviews and recommends new solutions or techniques to improve work output
  • Try to review links beyond own work area.
  • Seeking to learn more about other parts of the unit, or function.
  • Proactively seeks out customers' input to obtain feedback on performance.
  • Effectively communicates with others to obtain needed information or support.
  • Adapt rules or recommend alterations in normal procedures to get a job done well.
  • Understands personal strengths & weaknesses and works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance.

Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
