Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term complex relationships with key decision-makers, such as doctors, procurement managers, and healthcare administrators.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

Market Analysis:

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve product offerings and strategies.

Product Expertise:

Stay updated on the latest medical device innovations and industry trends.
Attend training sessions and conferences to enhance product knowledge.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, work on tenders.
