Job Description

Merojob is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relation Executive to join our dynamic team. As a mid-level Client Relation Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding new B2B clients by showcasing the value of Merojob’s services. You will also be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a long-term and strong relationship with clients to retain them
  • Make an effort to acquire new leads and clients for the company
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting our services to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide insights and recommendations to the management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Prepare and present sales and relationship reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct frequent visits to clients for professionally representing the company and communicating regarding the services provided
  • Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Above 1 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Note: Salary shall not be bar for deserving candidates and incentives will be provided upon achieving the sales target.
