Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through online platforms by reaching out to potential customers and responding to inquiries.
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients
• Maintain and update the company’s sales database to track leads and performance.
• Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and improve sales strategies.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in e-commerce or online retail).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of book genres and an interest in reading is a plus.
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools (email, chat, etc.).
