Job Description

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Initiate outreach and hunting / cold calls to discover new sales opportunities for sales, letting, management.
  • Respond to the inquiries.
  •  Client Engagement: Persuade and guide clients through the buying or renting process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Business Development: Bring New Property for sales, letting and management
  • Documentation Management: Handle all documentation needs, including Malpot and bank requirements, ensuring smooth processing post-deal.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline efforts.
  • Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with existing clients to maintain positive tenant’s relations and encourage future business.
  • Tenant Screening: Perform background checks, credit evaluation, and reference checks for prospective.
  • End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement creative marketing plans, strategies, conduct property showings, and process rental applications to attract and retain clients.
  • Lead Conversion: Turn potential leads into satisfied customers.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content that showcases our properties and resonates with clients.
  • Field Visit: For Swings, Property Visit, and Documentation etc.
