About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service cum Sales Executive located in Kathmandu. The Customer Service cum Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, assisting customers with product information, and upselling products and services. The role also involves generating sales leads and meeting sales targets.

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Experience in customer service or sales roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
