Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at SHTC International Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the IT sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Present, promote, and sell IT products and services to existing and prospective customers.

2. Relationship management with customers:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

4. Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • To guarantee smooth coordination and assistance, collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
