Salary: 30k with Bonus (as per working hours+ Target) 
Working time: Available to work day and night (split shifts: half day, half night)

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and driving sales, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries on our e-commerce platform and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our products to effectively assist and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales journey, ensuring that customers receive assistance from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and provide insights on customer trends and preferences to enhance our offerings.
