Job Description

The Sales Director - report to the CEO and is responsible for owning and developing all sales activities, business development, relationship management, sales proposals/forecasting, and market and competitor analysis to represent and position Good Brick System in Nepal. Specifically, the role is to focus on sales propositions focusing on Good Brick System to buyers in Nepal, including Government, other agencies, bodies, or organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure Recurring Orders by managing existing client
  • Maintain Optimal Operation within each clients' Good Bricks site
  • Manage HR and resources within team.
  • Knowledge (Best Practice) sharing to enhance Operations efficiency
  • Develop and Upgrade SOP for clients to follow
  • Ensure existing clients are following Good Bricks quality guidelines, and Branding guidelines
  • Support and train clients to manage inventory and sell bricks better
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure team member are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the
  • curve and remains competitive.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other
  • relevant metrics to the executive team.
