Zap and Shine Crew is looking for Sales and Booking Representative to handle incoming customer enquiries from Google Ads, website forms, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email.

This role is focused on responding quickly to warm leads, understanding the customer’s cleaning or repair needs, preparing accurate quotes, following up professionally, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond quickly to new leads coming from Google Ads, website bookings, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
Contact customers to confirm their service requirements, property details, preferred timing and location.
Qualify enquiries for services such as carpet cleaning, couch cleaning, mattress cleaning, rug cleaning, curtain cleaning and carpet repair.
Ask clear questions about the job scope, item count, stains, access, photos, urgency and any special customer requirements.
Provide clear and confident quotes based on the customer’s needs.
Explain the value of Zap & Shine’s service and handle common objections around price, timing and service details.
Follow up with customers who have received a quote but have not yet booked.
Offer available time slots and convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Update the CRM accurately with customer details, job notes, quotes, follow-up status and booking information.
Coordinate with the operations/field team to make sure booked jobs have clear scope, timing and customer instructions.
Maintain a professional, friendly and helpful tone with every customer interaction.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Confident speaking with customers over phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to respond quickly, follow up consistently and close bookings.
Good attention to detail when recording customer requirements and job notes.
Comfortable using CRM systems, online tools and basic computer applications.
Target-driven, organized and able to manage multiple enquiries at once.
Experience in appointment setting, telesales, lead handling, booking coordination or customer support will be highly valued.
