Main Responsibility

• Work with internal IT team and external vendor to maintain automated data tracking system of sales department, maintain, analyze and prepare reports as per business needs
• Provide inputs and solutions, explore new technologies to have positive impact on business
• Research business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems
• Provide input to develop new information metrics
• Create data quality reports, documents as per need for communication between vendor and company
• Researches tools, frameworks and mechanisms for data analytics
• Design technical training modules as per usage by end user
• Support in delivering trainings and workshops to end user
• Provide guidance and support to team members on an ongoing basis
• Preparing and analyzing system-based report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Prepare and provide reports related to individual employee’s Key performance metrics
• Regular follow up with end users for usage of automated system in a desired manner
