Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries and purchases.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment.
Ensure accurate billing and inventory tracking.
Provide product recommendations to meet customer needs.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Management.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken Nepali and English.
Experience: Prior work experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sales transactions effectively.
Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management is a plus.
