Job Description

Developing sales program for achieving targets.
Manage and monitor sales team.
Generate regular reports on Key account performance and sales metrics.
Overseeing and conducting market research.
Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding sales performance.
Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Collaboration with Sales team to ensure compliance.
Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding sales performance.
Perform other duties as per assigned by the Sales and Marketing Head.
