Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will contribute to the achievement of sales targets of Shine products, by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good dealer relationships. S/He will be responsible to set target for sales teams and coordinate with supply chain department to maintain the inventory as per the sales projection. 

Detailed tasks are listed as follows:

  • Assign sales target of Shine Products’ to sales staff
  • Coordinate with other department to maintain supplies of Shine products and sales promotion materials
  • Analyze dealers data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential dealers
  • Track the target of each member of the sales team and report to the management
  • Prepare order information 
  • Input orders, ensure they are processed according to dealers’ requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Handling orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product names
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
  • Coordinating with other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
  • Prepare schemes to increase sales of Shine products
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the accounts department
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies

Salary Offered: 20,000-25,000 (before tax)
