The Position

Our Sales teams are responsive, country/regional experts who ‘wow’ customers with amazing travel options, while achieving strong quote-to-purchase conversion rates. Our goal is to build trusted customer relationships, secure business and contribute to the success of our global network.

The Sales Consultant position is responsible for consulting, selling, and accurately booking group and tailored FIT trips for the French-speaking market, including itinerary building and customer service. Working alongside Contracting and Reservations, this role is a key contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring quick responses and strong product knowledge. The role also generates quotes for FITs, acts as a primary emergency contact for passengers, and supports Operations with training French-speaking leaders. In addition, while serving as the key contact for French-speaking customers, the Consultant will also contribute to general sales activities and support FIT and tailor-made requests across other markets when French-specific inquiries are limited. The Consultant will assess customer needs, provide customized options, and secure sales while ensuring a smooth booking-to-departure process.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Previous Sales experience essential, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong destination/regional and local travel knowledge, particularly for the French-speaking market
• Experience working with French-speaking customers, markets or partners
• Ability to accurately use systems and follow processes to provide a quality customer experience
• Driven and motivated by sales targets and to achieve sales incentives
• Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism will be an advantage
