Responsibilities:

  • Will be in-charge of the whole showroom and it's maintenance.
  • Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed product information and aiding in their purchase decisions.
  • Oversee showroom operations including sales management, inventory control, and supervision of staff.
  • Manage procurement activities to ensure necessary materials are stocked and available.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as recording sales transactions using Microsoft applications.

Requirements:

  • Candidates who have worked in other Bathroom ware field will be preferred.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is desirable.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Training in Accounts and Sales will be a plus.
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Job Description

  • Greeting and welcoming customers, providing product explanations.
  • Should do basic accounting entry.
  • Should be able to research about products, prepare quotation, follow up potential client.
  • Should use Microsoft applications smoothly. 
  • Will be in-charge of the overall showroom operations.
  • Providing sales, expense and other report to the CEO in a timely manner.
  • Handling marketing agencies for content creation.
  • Addressing customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Actively managing social media inquiries and generating quotations accordingly.
  • Attending meetings with Architects/Engineers/Contractors as a Sales Representative of Bravat, alongside the Marketing Officer.
