  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Description

  • Acting as a liaison between sales and marketing team, management, potential clients and MD.
  • Delegating sales and marketing related tasks to appropriate team members and follow up.
  • Coordinating the sales and marketing team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Handle the marketing to sales process of projects with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track, compile, generate sales funnel and other reports related to Sales and Marketing.
