Job Description

  • Formulate strategic plans and drive to increase sales of the department
  • Improvise current procedures in sales call center to increase conversion of leads
  • Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient
  • Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
  • Should possess ability to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, call waiting etc.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
