Overview

Sales Associates play a crucial role in the retail environment by ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience while effectively promoting and selling the company's products. The Sales Associate is responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers.
Provide detailed product information and explain features and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance.
Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's running or completed.
1 year of experience in relevant field. Freshers are encouraged to apply as well.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
Proficient in using MS Office.
Candidate having 2-wheeler vehicle and license is preferred.
