Job Description

Reporting Manager Head of Department - Sales and Marketing

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the operations of the sales, managing the sales team, and driving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales revenue and increase profitability.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies/ Campaigns to increase demand for least/fast moving products.
Coordinating with the finance and accounts department to reconcile sales and cash transactions on a regular basis and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and operations, to implement initiatives that can positively impact sales and profitability.
Present the sales report/Month to Month Progress report/Hurdles at Sales Team/Suggestion and Recommendation.
Assist in preparation and posting the Sales Order on our ERP's on a daily basis.
Coordinating on sales performance and profitability metrics regularly.
Intermediate negotiation process with Outlet Manager's on day's in/out activities/sales status/Outlet Managers Grievance & Customer Feedbacks and inputs.
Review daily plans, discuss sales processes and address any challenges faced by the sales team/Outlet Manager.
Assist in preparation of the sales report/Month to Month Progress report/Hurdles at Sales Team/Suggestion and Recommendation.
Remain knowledgeable about campaigns to increase demand for least/fast moving products.
Develop networks and promote sales.
Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager.
