Position overview:

We are looking for a few highly motivated candidates with excellent English communication skills to make outbound calls and locate transportation customers all over the United States. We will be proudly representing a Nepali women-owned transportation & logistics company based in the East coast. Most of these positions are currently based overseas, and we are working hard to bring them to Nepal. With your diligent performance, we expect to add more jobs in Kathmandu, and other cities in the future.

We're thinking long-term, and we ask you that you apply only if you are able to commit for a minimum of two years. In reality, when you join us, we hope you will build your career and join us long-term, like many of our team members. Because our vision is long-term, we are looking for honest, hardworking, results-driven candidates.

Although we are interested in candidates with business majors, we are open to candidates with any academic majors as long as you are willing to work hard, have a good attitude, and learn and grow with us. You will spend the first few weeks studying intensely under the guidance of experienced managers who have been fairly successful in the industry. You will be offered training and all the necessary skills so you are confident in your abilities.

Our clients are in the United States, which means we will be working the night shift, from Monday to Friday. Will observe US holidays.

Sales Associate job description:

Grow business, perform internet research and build long-term customer relationships.
Constant outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups are required.
Understand marketplace trends and negotiate competitive rates resulting in high yields.
Provide shipping quotes and prepare necessary documents to complete orders.
Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
Work with all internal and external stakeholders to support our growth and marketing strategy.
Assist in the back-end functions when necessary.

Successful candidates:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in any academic major.
Highly motivated and focused on results.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business and market trends.
Strong persuasion, listening, marketing, and customer service skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
High energy, with a passion for prospecting and building relationships.
Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
