Roles and responsibilities of this job
The Sales Associate is responsible and accountable to support both business and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries in the e-commerce platforms and emails. Quick, concise and clear communication is your key role and so is the cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.
Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including 1-hour lunch break)
