Job Description

The job comprises of following responsibilities:

Carry out feasibility assessment of the project
Preparing and implementing project plans
Stay updated with the new by-laws and suggest implications
Preparing alternate solutions when required
Liaising with architect, contractors, sub-contractors, and other necessary parties
Represent the project developer with the vendors/contractors
Researching and providing project estimates
Oversee project design and development
Overseeing building work and undertaking surveys
Preparing site reports
